She made the process easy and painless. So far, we love our new way of living! The tenets are nice, the facility is clean and the staff is helpful. 5-Star Review-Super fun place to live. The ladies at the office are wonderful. They are very friendly and have always responded to all my questions. I like being near the river market. Great restaurants near by, access to the Arkansas river trail, and easy walk to the baseball stadium.

5-Star Review-Fantastic place to live if you want to experience a city environment. Very lively and people are everywhere at all times of the day. You are minutes walking distance from events and plenty of great food on the river front. Regarding management, the staff here has been nothing but friendly and personable. They are a welcoming sight when at the front office.
