]]>Complete this set about three to five times, which should take you about 15-30 minutes depending on your level of fitness.
Exercise #1: Power step-ups
Find an empty bench and do jumping step-ups. Do 20 on each leg. To do a jumping step-up: place one foot on the bench and then jump up, driving through the forefoot of the elevated leg. Switch legs in the air so that you land your opposite leg on the bench. Find your rhythm and get to it!

Exercise #2: Wall Sit
Find a wall or a tree to use for this exercise. Simply sit against it for one minute, keeping your arms crossed against your chest and your thighs parallel to the ground.

Exercise #3: Pushups on a bench
Find a park bench and use it to perform pushups. Do 20 before moving on to the next exercise.

Exercise #4: Mountain Climbers
Get down in plank and start climbing that mountain. Do these for one minute before moving on to the final exercise.

Exercise #5: Bench tricep dips
For the last exercise, go back to your trusty bench and do 20 tricep dips. Whew, what a workout! Repeat the circuit as many times as you'd like to get a good workout in the great outdoors!
